Insured Patients
- Miss Haloob’s fees are in line with insurance company guidelines, therefore they are usually covered in full with or without an excess to pay, depending on your policy.
- It is the patient’s responsibility to obtain an authorisation number from their insurer prior to the consultation.
- As long as the patient has provided an insurance policy number and authorisation number, invoices will be submitted directly to the insurer.
- If the insurance company fails or refuses to settle an invoice, the patient is responsible for any outstanding fees.
Other Procedures

- For insured patients, the facility fee will be submitted to the insurance company (patient will be liable for any shortfall).
